Terms of Service

Last Updated: January 6, 2026

Welcome to MedVenture Mexico (“MedVenture Mexico,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, which include booking, coordination, and arrangement services related to medical care and associated travel logistics in Mexico. By accessing, using, or engaging with any of our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all services provided by MedVenture Mexico. Your use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional written agreements or confirmations provided in connection with specific services.

2. Nature of Services Provided

MedVenture Mexico acts exclusively as a facilitator and coordinator between clients and independent third-party service providers. Our services are limited to the following:

Services We Provide
  • Booking and Care Coordination: Coordination of communication, scheduling, and logistics with independent third-party healthcare providers for consultations, diagnostics, procedures, and post-treatment follow-up.

  • Accommodation and Transportation Coordination: Coordination and prepayment, where applicable, of third-party accommodation and local transportation services arranged on the client’s behalf.

  • Planning and Estimates: Assistance with pre-treatment planning and provision of non-binding cost estimates.

  • Client Support: Ongoing coordination and logistical support throughout the client’s medical journey.

Services We Do NOT Provide

MedVenture Mexico does not:

  • Provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatment, or medical opinions.

  • Act as a healthcare provider, clinic, hospital, doctor, nurse, or medical professional.

  • Guarantee medical outcomes, results, or procedural success.

  • Control or assume liability for third-party providers.

  • Hold funds in escrow for medical procedures or act as a financial institution or trustee for medical provider payments. Certain non-medical third-party services, such as accommodation or transportation, may be prepaid or coordinated on the client’s behalf as described in these Terms.

  • Endorse, certify, or guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of any third-party provider.

3. No Medical Advice and Client Responsibility

All information provided by MedVenture Mexico is for coordination and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Consulting qualified healthcare professionals regarding your medical condition.

  • Making all medical decisions.

  • Obtaining independent medical advice and second opinions as desired.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If under eighteen, a legal guardian must consent in writing and agree to these Terms.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal and medical information.

  • Obtain medical clearance for travel and treatment.

  • Secure valid travel documents and insurance.

  • Follow all provider instructions.

  • Comply with all applicable laws.

  • Remain financially responsible for all third-party services.

6. Payments, Fees, and Refunds
a. Booking and Care Coordination Fee

To initiate coordination services, you must pay a Booking and Care Coordination Fee, typically calculated as a percentage of the estimated medical procedure price.

This fee compensates MedVenture Mexico for booking, coordination, administrative, and support services. The fee is earned in full upon confirmation of coordination services, regardless of whether the medical procedure ultimately takes place.

MedVenture Mexico may have arrangements with certain healthcare providers under which the provider may apply a courtesy reduction to the provider’s procedure price in an amount equal to the coordination fee paid. Any such reduction is offered solely at the provider’s discretion unless expressly confirmed in writing. The coordination fee remains compensation for MedVenture Mexico’s services and is not a medical payment, deposit, or escrowed amount.

b. Remaining Medical and Third-Party Balances

All remaining balances for medical services are payable directly to the healthcare provider. Accommodation, transportation, and other third-party services are subject to the individual billing and refund policies of those providers. MedVenture Mexico is not responsible for third-party billing or refunds.

c. Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you authorize MedVenture Mexico and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for agreed fees.

d. Currency

Prices and invoices may be presented in Mexican Pesos (MXN) or United States Dollars (USD). Clients are responsible for exchange rate differences and bank or processor fees.

e. Refund Policy
  • The Booking and Care Coordination Fee is non-refundable.

  • No refunds are issued for cancellations within ten (10) days of scheduled travel or procedure.

  • Refunds for third-party services are governed solely by the third-party provider’s policies.

f. Taxes

MedVenture Mexico’s booking, coordination, and arrangement services are subject to Mexican value-added tax (IVA) at the applicable statutory rate. IVA is charged only on MedVenture Mexico’s services. Medical services provided by third-party healthcare providers may be IVA-exempt under Mexican law and are invoiced separately by those providers.

7. Informed Consent and Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge inherent medical and travel risks and agree that participation is voluntary. You assume all risks associated with medical treatment and international travel.

8. Third-Party Providers

You contract directly with third-party providers. MedVenture Mexico disclaims all liability for acts, omissions, negligence, or failures of third-party providers.

9. Limitation of Liability
