1. Introduction

Welcome to MedVenture Mexico (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including but not limited to facilitating medical treatments, travel arrangements, and coordination with healthcare providers abroad. By accessing or using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree, you must cease using our services immediately.

2. Services Provided

We act as a facilitator between you and third-party healthcare providers, travel agencies, and accommodation services. Our services include:

• Coordinating medical consultations, procedures, and post-treatment care with accredited international healthcare providers.
• Arranging travel logistics (flights, visas, lodging, local transportation).
• Providing cost estimates and pre-treatment planning.
• Offering 24/7 customer support during your medical journey.

We do not:

• Provide direct medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Guarantee specific medical outcomes.
• Endorse or assume liability for third-party providers’ services.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to agree to these Terms.
• Minors must have consent from a legal guardian, documented in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate medical history, current health status, and documentation.
• Obtain clearance from your primary physician for travel and treatment.
• Secure valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance.
• Adhere to pre- and post-procedure guidelines from healthcare providers.
• Cover all costs outlined in your service agreement.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to initiate bookings.
• Payment Schedule: Remaining balances are due as specified in your invoice. Delays may result in service cancellation.
• Currency: Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Exchange rate fluctuations or foreign transaction fees are your responsibility.
• Refunds:
  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 10 days before departure.
  • Partial refunds may apply if a provider cancels, subject to their policies.
  • Non-refundable fees (e.g., deposits, non-recoverable third-party costs) are excluded.

6. Informed Consent and Assumption of Risk

• Medical Risks: You acknowledge that all medical procedures carry inherent risks. Outcomes vary based on individual health factors.
• Travel Risks: Political instability, natural disasters, or cultural/language barriers in destination countries may impact your experience.
• Voluntary Participation: You assume full responsibility for decisions related to treatment and travel.

7. Third-Party Providers

We partner with hospitals, clinics, and travel agencies that meet our vetting standards. However:

• We are not liable for their acts, omissions, or service quality.
• Your contractual relationship is directly with the provider(s).
• Complaints about third-party services must be addressed to the provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

• No Guarantees: We disclaim liability for:
  • Medical complications, dissatisfaction with results, or prolonged recovery.
  • Travel disruptions (e.g., flight delays, lost luggage).
  • Acts or omissions by third-party providers.
• Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us for the affected service.

9. Privacy and Data Security

• We collect personal/medical data to coordinate your care. By using our services, you consent to sharing this information with relevant providers.
• Data is stored securely and handled per our Privacy Policy , compliant with applicable Laws.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• You breach these Terms.
• Your health status poses a risk to safe travel/treatment.
• Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., provider withdrawal, geopolitical crises) prevent service delivery.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Quintana Roo, Mexico.
• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Quintana Roo, Mexico.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
